      Pros

      Good solid culture of hard work and helping each other and putting our customers first. Easy to fit in if you make the effort. No judgement or backlash for mistakes - everyone pitches in to help resolve issues. A real team working environment!

      Cons

      Geographically dispersed makes working with colleagues and clients in other timezones a challenge!

      A growing US owned Tech company with its own unique EMEA identity!

      Pros

      less than a year into the role at Beeline and it's a great company to be part of. A rapidly growing tech company with people across the organisation from all over the world, all uniquely different , all sharing a common goal - to deliver. Communication and collaboration like I haven't experienced before and compared to companies with a similar profile (in my experience at least) Beeline is on a dramatic ascent. Innovation, service and support and bleeding edge tech is winning over new enterprise customers. Existing customers are supported in a way that challenges industry norms - as such retention is superb.

      Cons

      very difficult to share 'cons'. But i think Beeline is entering a really critical phase right now due to successes in EMEA and general rapid growth.
