As the company grows, it needs to shed outdated organizational structures that create needless stovepipes and duplication of effort; Training was difficult to engage due to workload; Promotions focused on seniority over accomplishment/skills.

I thought that career progression was unlimited during my first few years but am finding it very difficult to develop and progress on a desired career path. Have been told on multiple interviews that you need experience to do a specific job and then get told later the way to get experience is to do the job.
