      Pros

      Beeline provides and excellent work/life balance. The company makes alot of effort to communicate with employees. The compensation is fair for the work my job entails. The Beeline system is by far the best MSP tool I've ever worked used. Overall, this is one of the better companies I've worked for.

      Cons

      There is no discernable career path. The performance reivew/goal setting process needs improvement. Individual performance goals are straight out of the "cookie cutter" and are too vague to be relevant to an employee's skill level and career aspirations.

      Pros

      Great company with strong culture, a positive environment for growth, and a highly talented workforce with a dedicated support system.

      Cons

      There are numerous offices that are scattered across the country - and sometimes it gets a little challenging to bind with the HQ, which happens to be more concentrated.
