Pros

Employees are viewed as one of the company's most valuable assets Overall dedication to producing a quality service and product Management is open to new ideas Employee and client ideas are encouraged Company has both an employee based and management based incentive program

Cons

New hire training has improved but it is still too inconsistent Need better communication across departments Lack of documentation for standard procedures makes for wasteful repetition

Pros

The culture at Beeline goes unmatched. Employees are extremely dedicated and take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everyone is extremely friendly and you feel like a part of the family as soon as you start working.

Cons

Growing pains can be challenging at times but that is something any growing company will deal with and is a welcomed “con” considering this means we are growing which is fantastic.
