      Strong Leadership from CEO - transparent an inclusive ; Mission - you know where we are headed and where we want to go

      Cons

      Leadership from other areas lacking - either doesn't exist or so weak, it is difficult to see. Not all are treated equal - some that are long-time Beeliners are in high level positions, but don't see the value they are bringing.

      Great family-oriented company. Work hard but find time for fun as well. Inspiring and genuinely caring president. Employees care for each other both personally and professionally.

      Challenging transition and process change due to recent purchase by private equity company. Long hours negatively affecting work/life balance.
