      Pros

      Beeline is a family! We succeed together and we support each other. After over 15 years I am still challenged every single day. The opportunities at Beeline are unlimited. The executive team highly encourages feedback and direct communication. We work hard and laugh a lot along the way.

      Cons

      The only "con" some find is our frequency for change. Beeline is a fast growing organization. If you don't like change then the environment may be challenging.

      Pros

      The people who work here are incredible. From the receptionist to the president, you will always feel welcome. Casual yet professional environment. Great benefits and time off policy. Lots of room to grow and you are encouraged to do so! They will help you move into the role you want, with coaching, shadowing, and recommendations.
