Beeline has a very bad talent problem. They continue to hire unqualified people from a professional and educational point of view. If Beeline would invest in young talent and focus on the career development of those employees, it would do them wonders. The senior leadership is truly lost and out of touch in regards to what they need to be doing to retain employees and develop influential though leaders in the company. The leadership picks favorites and promotes based off of the cliques that do happy hours together, beach days together and dress their babies up in Beeline gear.
