      Pros

      The culture here is unmatched! Beeline offers a positive, fun, family atmosphere while still maintaining a professional and highly productive environment. Communication is always open and there is never a reason to feel out of the loop. I met the CEO on my first day of work and he is extremely friendly and welcoming. There are many of advancement opportunities and so much room to grow within the company. I honestly look forward to coming to work everyday and find my career to be fulfilling. The company continues to innovate and prove itself to be better than any competitor.

      None. If I have to work, this is the place to be!

      Pros

      Positive, friendly, supportive, relaxed culture that encourages team work; The best part is the people. Very supportive of work-life balance. Very open and direct with communication at all levels.

      Cons

      Poor middle management support; Upper level managers seem to have clear plans that middle level managers do not carry out well nor communicate well; informal support sometimes leads to confusion; lack of training for new employees from the outside slows down the learning curve and can be a challenge for those that do not learn well through tribal knowledge.

      Pros

      Amazing culture with a focus on work/life balance, a macro-management approach, great training program and a fantastic culture of employees proud to be a part of Beeline. Community involvement and internal events promoting employee participation are a big plus.

      Cons

      Only being with the company less than a year I have yet to find any significant cons. So far this has been one of the best if not the best employer I have worked for in my career.
