Business Outlook
Pros
The company, management, and all employees are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of in-office activities and parties make for a fun work environment. HR leadership is superb and maintains company cohesion. Benefits and work-life balance are second to none.
Cons
Being owned by a large company (Adecco) has put some pressure on the organisation to perform financially, which seems to have strained the business in many areas. Senior leadership are smart business managers, but have some deficiencies in people management. Career development does not seem to be an area of focus, at all. Fun and activities in the office regularly distract from conducting business, and can border on the unprofessional at times.
