      Management Team has an open door policy, and is always willing to make the time to have discussions with the employees Opportunities to move within the company Respect and trust throughout the company at all levels Being able to be 'who you are' and knowing 'it is okay' to speak your mind without others taking it personally

      Pros

      Beeline has given me an over all excellent experience as an employee. This company has a great management staff who are accessible to all employees and who also make the workplace fun.

      Cons

      My only complaint with Beeline would be with how much they compensate there employees. Based on my experience they pay a little on the low end but in my opinion the work environment makes up for the difference.
