      Beeline is by far the best company I have worked for and they care about employees

      Pros

      The atmosphere The people The fact that each employee is not just a number I get a true since that my job is making a diffrence in the success of the company.

      Cons

      Based on what I have seen in the market, Beeline is a little behind in salaries, however, the environment where we work is worth a few thousand dollars.

      Pros

      Unlike other places I have worked, Beeline really cares about its employees. They are willing to listen and respond to suggestions or concerns. that are brought to the attention of management. They are respectful of the work/life balance of their employees and sincerly treat their employees like they are part of a big family. I also love that they strive to hire extremely smart and talented people which makes for an environment that pushes one to excel.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that I have paid more for benefits/co-pays/out-of-pocket medical expenses since employed by Beeline than with any previous employer.

      Pros

      Beeline is a very fun place to work at. Extremely capable team with an exciting future ahead. Everyone is focused on being the best.

      Cons

      Some departments receive preferential treatment when it comes to bonuses and raises. Higher then 5% raises seem to be not up for discussion regardless of performance. My suggestion, negotiate a rate when either getting hired or changing titles internally that you are comfortable with for the next 3 - 5 years.
