      Pros

      You will not meet a more dedicated team to help make your work experience a positive one. If ever in doubt you can reach out for assistance and guidance. Every person I have had the chance to work with is always willing to go out of their way to help you achieve your success.

      Cons

      Learning curve can be difficult but there are places you can gain the knowledge you need.

      Pros

      - very laid back and fun culture - work hard play hard atmosphere - employees are friendly create a great team vibe - the first place I have worked in a while that I don't dread coming to work because of the work or the people - loyal employees

      Cons

      - like any company, no place is perfect - sometimes there is poor communication between departments but this is usually quickly corrected -
