      They pick and choose what to pay their employees, not what the employee actually earns. Go look for a company that will pay you what you've earned, this company is a crock of crap

      Too many to list, but my top few are: no female or minority inclusion. Executives are good ole boys from high school or church affiliations. As a manager, you do thankless dirty work for executives, for subpar pay. There are no boundaries for your personal life.

      I started from the bottom and now I'm here. I'm proof that if you work hard and want to learn, they will invest their time and energy and reward you. Employee Owned Stock Program. So please think twice before leaving your negative review because it will affect every employee here. Work hard and believe in the culture and you will easily fit in. Our culture is DRIVE. Dedication Respect Integrity Vision Execution. That's what makes us different in this industry!

      Cons

      Working with a team that share ideas and help each other is too exhausting. Working with industry leaders that want to share their knowledge and put you in positions to be successful is too stressful. Being successful can be too rewarding. Working with this company for 10 years has been too exciting! Thank you!
