Pros

I always feel supported in my job and working with my clients. Leadership is there to help if I have questions. You have to speak up and ask your questions or state your issues so they can be addressed. I have never not received support or help when I have reached out. The owner is the most caring person and she does everything for the clients. They are the number one priority and are always put first. HR is compassionate and helpful when it comes to working with us for the schedule. If you follow the rules then they work with you. Clinical team steps in to help out when you have questions about programs. I love this place! Keep up the good work and putting the clients first. Ignore the haters.

Cons

Some of my co-workers are entitled and think they can do whatever they want and not face the consequences. They clearly don’t know how the real world works. What’s sad is this job is hard but rewarding and they aren’t putting their clients first and focusing on making a difference in their lives.

Pros

working with the clients is a joy. I feel like I make a difference in their lives. a vast majority of my coworkers are incredible people. compassionate, caring, and genuine. I truly love my work. I always feel supported at work. help is just a radio call away for questions or anything else. the kids here truly get the best care I've ever seen.

Cons

The pay is abismal for the amount of work we do. you will start at $12.50 until your training is complete, then get bumped up to $15.50 while billing on clients. if you are "floating" (working in clinic but not billing on a client) you will make even less, despite doing more work. None of these figures reflect a living wage. all of my coworkers are struggling because the owner would rather rent a bouncy house or open a new building than pay a fair wage to the people who do the most work. You will not get a lunch break. you eat with your clients, which can often be a struggle. if you're client doesn't show up, you will not get compensated. the benefits are a joke. you have to jump through hoops to earn them. Nepotism is also a huge issue here. Sons, daughters, parents, and siblings all work together and the employee with the worst attitude seemingly only works there because his sister and mother work there too. he doesn't really do anything of value. just complains all day.

Pros

Supervision is awesome! The person teaching it is very informed and explains it in a practical way. She also cares very much for her employees.

Cons

Owner is very unthethical and does not care for her employees at all unless it benefits her. Multiple employees left in the recent past because of not being appreciated, the unethical aspects, and not being payed enough for the positions. Pay raises were just given within the last 4 months after working here for multiple years.
