      Pros

      Family atmosphere. It is obvious that the staff are truly passionate about working with children that have autism. If you have any concerns, as long as you talk to upper management, they are willing to work things out with you. My schedule has been good. I have been getting full time hours that I need. They have a new PTO policy and start accruing hours from the moment you start. Everyone has been great to work with.

      Cons

      Communication has been rocky but it seems it’s getting better. There have been some recent staff that have left. They are making changes to policies and procedures but it seems as though it’s growing pains. Training has been come and go but they have recently started doing more trainings with the staff. So far this has been helpful.
