Great team, scarce hours

Pros

Flexible work schedule, Sundays off, respectful of personal availability requests, chances to grow with the company if ABA is your desired pathway, supportive management

Cons

Scarce hours, clients may cancel and leave you without work, without experience you may start with 10 hours a week so prepare for lack of hours. Some caregivers may push back on practices making the job difficult at times. Clients may be sick and often caregivers do not cancel, and do not wear masks in their own home so without a flu shot you may get sick often.

Pros

Flexible hours and fun incentives

Cons

Need to have better pay. Minimum pay is not worth the stress and work that is put in.

Pros

Treated Employees well, flexible scheduling, not over worked

Cons

Outdated data collection system, not enough supervision from BCBAs, felt BCBAs had too big of a caseload to implement high quality services to clients.
