Pros

Love the way they structure their therapy for the kiddos! Makes sure kids move forward in their development.

Cons

Scheduling is centralized, therefore can be difficult at times, though overall positive experience.

Scheduling was inconsistent, especially during Covid If you client canceled it was hard to make up hours to get a full paycheck

Pros

What they company does to help kids that are autistic or developmentally challenge is great.

Cons

The work load is unrealistic, therefore there is no work life balance. When you talk to management, they do not try to help you. There benefits are not good and the PTO amount is horrible.
