Pros

It is a great company that allows for growth in positions and many learning opportunities. Someone is always there to answer your questions in a timely matter. If you don't know something or forget, its okay to ask questions they prefer it. More questions the better. Don't be afraid to mess up, it can be intimidating at first but when you get the hang of it, you'll do great. Encouraging and learning atmosphere!

Cons

It can take time to build up a caseload depending if you work in a region that is new and just beginning to grow. Being patient is key.

Pros

you get to work with all ages and develop skills needed in the field

Cons

hours change constantly regardless of amount of clients you have. changes in clients schedule result in being removed from cases and losing hours. Cancellations from your part always end up in a verbal warning yet cancellations from clients happen often and result in no pay for that session
