Pros

You have a chance to make meaningful change in a child’s life.

Cons

The support for each case highly depends on the supervisor and how often they come out to the house/school.

Pros

Great training, and the kiddos are the highlight of the job. It is a great entry-level job to enter in the career field.

Cons

Not enough pay, a lot of driving, and the pay it is basically a part-time job. I don't think I ever worked full-time. They tell you after a certain amount of time you will work full time, but you don't, and when client cancels, you basically make no money. Not a steady pay.
