Pros

Support with immediate supervisors, great clients, techniques to always improve skills, people are good to work with, college discount, move up within the company.

Cons

Pay is in lower end for case managers. Too much work and pay is lower.

Before starting, received great training including hours in the 'classroom' (online) and shadowing other experienced Technicians.

Cons

Families canceled sessions constantly, therefore hours are not guaranteed.

frequent cancellation, no gas reimbursement for part-timers, bad communication between the supervisor, parent and BT.
