Pros

Student friendly, flexible hours, supportive case managers and BCBA's, incentives to stay with the company long term (like grad school partnerships and scheduled raises)

Cons

Scheduling is a mess and can cause unnecessary stress within the team. Sometimes the only clients you can get assigned to will leave you with too long of break in the day. I went several months having a 2 hour break for lunch, wishing I could be reassigned to a case that allowed me to clock more hours. It's hard to get full time because of this.
