Pros

The clients and their families

Cons

It’s been an absolute nightmare working for this company. It’s been such an awful experience with Management, Admin, HR and Scheduling Team. The supervisors and HR specialists are very petty and unprofessional. They do not care about you at all and once you decide to resign or separate from the company, the pettiness goes up a notch. HR is not and will not ever be understanding to you nor your needs. The amount of disrespect to employees & lack of communication within the admin and HR departments is excruciating. Although the pandemic has been a tough situation to handle for most (or all), this company miserably failed to put a solid policy and protocol into place. There is no concrete assurance of ones health nor safety within this position. The lack of communication especially in regards to COVID-19 exposure to employees is ridiculous. Not to mention the false promises of promotions and opportunities. There is so much to say about so many. However, I’ll leave it here and advise any human who desires to be treated as such and not manipulated among all other things mentioned above...STEER CLEAR. (I can’t emphasize enough).

Thanks for your input. We have worked diligently since the very start of this pandemic to ensure that we are able to continue to provide our essential, medically necessary services to those affected with Autism. We have created extensive safety protocols, including the use (and provision) of personal protective equipment (PPE), Session Checklists (wherein staff and family alike are screened at the start of each session), disinfecting supplies provided whenever necessary, and identification & isolation protocols, to name just a few. As soon as protocols were established, all staff were required to receive our COVID-19 Training for In-Home Sessions, prior to returning to client's homes. For those working in offices in a socially distanced manner, we also have an COVID-19 Office Training, which is required prior to any staff arriving at one of our offices. Furthermore, our Schedulers and HR department work cohesively and promptly each time a COVID-19 exposure is brought to our attention, so as to minimize the potential for spread. As far as promotions, we are proud to inform you that - since the beginning of the pandemic/closure (approx. mid-March 2020) - we have seen 55 promotions in clinical team members, and 6 promotions in administrative team members. Best of luck in whatever your future holds.
