Management is extremely nice and helpful. It is welcoming environment and there is room for growth in the company.

Sometimes clients cancel, so you lose hours for that week

Pros

Although you’re with the clients by yourself, colleagues and supervisors are always there to support you and provide extra training when you need it.

Cons

Pay is low and sometimes they assign you to cases that are 30 miles away from your home and don’t pay you to drive to the clients’ homes.
