Thanks for your feedback! We are glad to hear you found your work here to be a great work environment, with flexible scheduling! We always strive to work with our Behavior Technicians (BTs) so that we can schedule them work around school or other commitments. A position as a BT is great experience - we provide high quality, extensive training from the start, to ensure every one of our staff feels properly trained before working on their own with clients. As for cancellations, they do happen; but we try our best to re-assign BTs to other clients during the same time, or offer partial pay for the session, if the cancellation was short notice. Our managers love to groom the next generation of behavior analysts, and have a strong desire to see others grow in our field! Commutes between clients are a part of working at most any ABA agency, particularly if working in-home. We are working hard in several regions to offer clinic-based services soon (once it's safe for all), which will allow us to reduce drive time for Behavior Technicians and our managers, as well.
