Pros

Management is really nice and friendly. Willing to teach and do the best for their employees. Very flexible on schedule.

Cons

The drive and commute to different houses can be tiresome. Pay for commute makes sense but just sucks if you have one client; therefore you won't get paid for the drive.

Pros

The people here are super friendly and are focused on providing support for kiddos who struggle with ASD.

Cons

Hours are based off the availability of the clients, but the schedulers try their best to work with you.
