Pros

This is a fantastic place to work with a thorough and in depth training, a care for employees and an emphasis on promoting from within as well as providing resources for education and growing in your career. I worked at Behavior Frontiers in 2010 as a BI and then Sr. BI before moving out of town to pursue my master's degree in ABA. Upon working for other agencies I found myself constantly comparing my experiences and training with what I had received at Behavior Frontiers, and finding others lacking. Upon completion of my Masters and receiving my BCBA I re-applied and was hired back as a Behavior Supervisor. I have been given the opportunity to grow in this company to my current position as a Clinical Director. I appreciate how dedicated the company and the owners are to ensuring that those that work at this agency are fairly compensated, have access to materials to further their education, and look to promote from within and keep staff here long term who want to be here. Additionally, the resources and ongoing training provided to staff is important and increases the ability to provide the best possible services to the clients whom we work with. We are encouraged to collaborate and communicate with each other help is always available. Additionally, the work life balance is fantastic! I have truly found my home here at Behavior Frontiers and am excited about the new locations we are opening to provide the highest quality service to clients in those areas as well as an excellent work environment to potential employees.

Pros

The $5 gift cards you get in the mail from time to time.

Cons

Where do I even start? This company is falling apart. When I came on, two managers left at the same time. For the first two months I did not work at all! I was doing fill ins and getting 2 hours a week. After that, I got on a case and moved up to 4 hours a week. They hire on new BIs who take former employees hours and wonder why people are quitting. Honestly for the longest time we had more BIs than clients! What a joke! I had to find work elsewhere.
