Her hands-on involvement in both the company's growth and its clinical practices ensures that we consistently deliver the highest quality of services to our clients. The compensation is competitive, with achievable bonus opportunities, and the starting hourly rate for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is unparalleled compared to other companies I've worked for. The clinic where I work is equipped with a variety of toys, games, and materials to enhance the therapeutic environment. I began my role here in November and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I feel well-supported in my position, with regular weekly meetings with my Regional Director to ensure that I'm meeting the expectations of my role. Overall, I would rate my experience with Behavior Frontier a 10/10.
