Pros

Behavior Frontier is an exceptional company to work for, particularly due to the fact that the owner is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) herself. Her hands-on involvement in both the company's growth and its clinical practices ensures that we consistently deliver the highest quality of services to our clients. The compensation is competitive, with achievable bonus opportunities, and the starting hourly rate for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is unparalleled compared to other companies I've worked for. The clinic where I work is equipped with a variety of toys, games, and materials to enhance the therapeutic environment. I began my role here in November and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I feel well-supported in my position, with regular weekly meetings with my Regional Director to ensure that I'm meeting the expectations of my role. Overall, I would rate my experience with Behavior Frontier a 10/10.

Cons

Training videos require a lot of time to complete.

Pros

Flexible work hours, paid time off, sick leave, bereavement leave, etc. As a BCBA they also offer unlimited flexible PTO as long as meeting goals are met. Offer full and part time opportunities to BTs. Offer health insurance options to both full and part time staff. Reward employees with automatic raises based on hours worked with clients. Provide social quarterly to bring staff together and celebrate their hard work. Amoung many more! Reach out to find out more!

Cons

I have worked my way up from a BT to CD and there are no major cons that would make me want to leave working for BF.
