Pros

I loved working for Behavior Frontiers. I was always supported by my Case Manager and Director. There is so much to learn about Autism Therapy and this company provided me the right tools to reach my goals. I'm Some reviews mention scheduling but I never had a bad experience with scheduling. If Behavior Instructors follow the policy then there should never be any issues with scheduling. I was happy with the scheduling overall.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. I really enjoyed my experience working at Behavior Frontiers. The pay is good, the hours are good and the admin staff are wonderful!

Pros

Awesome place to work at and gain knowledgeable experience. Scheduling is flexible, and willing to work with the therapists that have limited available time. Scheduling/Managers diligently work together to provide an ideal schedule. Have learned a lot on how to work with children and manage behaviors.

Cons

Some families have a hard time keeping up with their schedule even though they relieve their schedule in advance and forgot about their scheduled sessions. Scheduling department will offer options to make up the missed the time if needed.

Pros

I was hired by Behavior Frontiers last year. I just graduated so, with little to no experience, I was excited to learn that they offered paid training. Field training was exciting, as I was able to put the skills I learned into action. The entire training process was easy and smooth. I worked here for about 1 year. They pay you for the time you are driving from one client to another. They also pay your mileage. I was fortunate to work full-time so I was offered benefits after I was given more cases. My pay was competitive with other ABA companies.

Cons

The only con that I would have to mention about the company is that it's independent work. Although the staff supports you immensely, you are working alone a lot so you do not get to meet a lot of your coworkers, but you do when they company has parties or social events.
