We provide competitive rates, bonus structures, and career development opportunities to support and elevate our team. Changes in schedule and unforeseen events bring hurdles with schedules and hours for which our team has policies to ensure our clients can provide consistency for services. Our Client Services department works with Behavior Technicians to find solutions for cancellations and can provide alternatives to supplement missed sessions.
