Pros

The vibe at the center in Denver is phenomenal and so are the BTs and clinical team.

Cons

The upper management does not value their employees. Clinical teams are over worked and burn out quickly at this company due to the lack of regard from higher management.

Pros

Some of the clients are fun to work with

Cons

• You only get paid for drive time BETWEEN clients. They’ll schedule you for a morning session 45 minutes away from your house, then an evening session 45 minutes away. No paid drive time. • Management doesn’t care about BT’s • Clients are not vetted. I was put in a dangerous situation with a client and physically harmed which forced me to quit. My supervisor, who was in the house, thought it was hilarious. • Client families will fight around BT and management does nothing no matter how uncomfortable BT is • Parents can be hostile towards BT • Pay is not even almost worth it • BT turnover is terrible because of these reasons
