Pros

Supervisors are nice. Everyone in this field is naturally kind hearted and encouraging. Easy to call time off if needed. Rewarding job bc you’re working w kids on the spectrum. They’re very sweet kids.

Cons

At home therapy, so you’re driving between house to house to only work at that house for 1.5-4 hours each. A lot of gas and not much hours. Pay is around $20 an hour w a bachelors degree:/
