Pros

Friendly staff, great training, keep busy

Cons

Working 830 to 530 and sitting in traffic I'm gone all day and barely have time with my kids.

Pros

Get to work with some awesome kiddos and parents. It's incredible to see the amazing impact a kiddo makes with the help of BIs.

Cons

The company has been growing faster than they can manage and therefore they have been implementing more policies that affect the BI's. The Case Managers and Supervisors don't listen to the concerns the BI's present to them and when asked for interventions of kiddos, they are useless help because they do not know the kids. Scheduling is crap, they give you a hard time with cancellations and try to not give GA, therefore falling under the 30 required hours to keep the full time status.

Pros

This company is very fair and treats their employees with the up-most respect and professionalism. The owners truly care about the quality of services that BF provides, and keeps their Supervisors case loads small so that they are able to see each client as much as possible. When a staff member has a death in the family for example, the company will send flowers to their home, just to let them know that they care. I can't imagine a better place to work.

Cons

Can't think of a thing!
