Pros

The time at this company has been amazing and there is so much support within the region when I struggled.

Cons

Hours can be challenging to get but great if you are a student.

Pros

Lots of cases and hrs for BT because people are constantly quitting

Cons

Constant deny of PTOs, you can only get a day off when you call in the morning to say you are sick. No respect for you when changing in case or your schedule. The starting salary is $21, way too low to make a living in a expensive city

Pros

I felt supported by the direct supervisor. The clients were also awesome to work with. I loved seeing the progress.

Cons

Top management was not as supportive. I felt like they didn't compensate the Supervisors/BCBA or the RBT as well as they should have for all the work they do.
