Pros

None can’t think any to be honest

Cons

PTO gets denied cuz they ask you to enter time off request a month in advance. Family emergencies and sick time can’t cancel your sessions. Clinical director spoke with me to warn me not cancel my sessions again even after I told her my pto is denied and I have to make this important legal appointment for family issues. Pay is super low compared to its responsibilities.

Pros

I have nothing to say.

Cons

Management lack professionalism. There is very little communication and schedule is changed last minute. Not enough hours and watch out if you complain about anything. It's their way or no way.
