Pros

Training is great for all staff levels. I enjoy monthly clinical summits, which include CEUs. Directors are very supportive! Great benefits and yearly reviews. Feedback is always objective!

Cons

Constant changes in clinical teams, although most of the time is out of the scheduler’s control.
