Pros

I've worked with Behavior Frontiers for almost 2 years, and I am currently a Senior Behavior Tech with them. The company is a great place to start for those interested in Child Development/ Child Psychology. A lot of training took place in the field before starting to ease the nerves. All the case managers, BCBAs, and directors here are very approachable and supportive. I learned and grew so much during my time working with the kiddos and families. Shout out to the team at OCW region, I'm so proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

It is challenging at first especially when you're new to the field however it's gonna be extremely rewarding.
