Behavior Frontiers Response

At our Behavior Frontiers headquarters, we have worked to create a fun, collaborative, and healthy culture. We offer our staff multiple events throughout the year in addition to state-of-the-art equipment to help our staff complete their work effectively and efficiently. While we are bringing staff back into the office, we do feel that it is a welcoming and productive environment. Furthermore, we only have one employee with the title “Onboarding Manager”, and she did not write this review. So, we are concerned that someone is using another’s title to write a false review.

Pros

Great leadership at all levels, with emphasis on treatment outcomes for clients. Large budget for CEUs and conferences, with reasonable expectations for billable hours. Great company culture that supports individual program, learning and development, and “today’s ABA.”

Cons

Home therapy can be hard with lots of driving, but company is opening therapy centers.

Pros

Departments that assist with everything from recruiting, billing, scheduling, marketing, etc. Great co workers and clients, work from home options, build your own schedule.

Cons

The last 2+ years have been nothing but bill more, do more, stretch yourself beyond thin; burnout is high, BTs are flooding out the doors, hiring is tough, and even the management team has turned over more than 50%. What used to be so many opportunities for career advancement have gone away. So many of the fantastic leadership in directors and senior level directors have left, which is a strong indication of what’s been happening around here.

As you know, I meet with you and our other Clinical Directors multiple times per month, including individual meetings. I was surprised that you chose to bring up your issues on a public forum instead of directly to me. Conversations at our meetings together would likely have the most benefit and opportunity for change. I would be happy to have a discussion with you on these topics at our next individual meeting that is scheduled for this week. Take care!
