Pros

Benefits were nice to have

Cons

You are on your own when it comes to the area you are in charge of, lots of phone calls from parents and bts. If you do not work well under pressure, this is not for you

Pros

Supervisors are nice. Everyone in this field is naturally kind hearted and encouraging. Easy to call time off if needed. Rewarding job bc you’re working w kids on the spectrum. They’re very sweet kids.

Cons

At home therapy, so you’re driving between house to house to only work at that house for 1.5-4 hours each. A lot of gas and not much hours. Pay is around $20 an hour w a bachelors degree:/
