Pros

Good pay, decent fill in options

Cons

Client cancellation policy is horrible, if client cancels before you arrive to the center you don't get paid at all

Pros

-benefits sound get have yet to actual experience them

Cons

-long hiring and training process. Training is broken down into two phases. Office training which it 40 hours and then field trains in which you need to pass a competency. There is no shadowing you are just thrown in. From which you quickly learn there are tech who do things to the T and then there are some who “freestyle.” -Haven’t met or made contact with any managers or supervisors -pay is great but very little hours. -hours are also not consistent/guaranteed
