Pros

Training is amazing for staff in all levels. BTs are well trained and able to work with multiple clients. Electronic data collection. Provide company electronics. No need to use our own. Very supportive directors that are always willing to meet to answer questions.

Cons

May sometimes work more than 40 hours per week to meet deadlines.

Pros

They worked with my school schedule, paid decent wages, and they were flexible on letting me get days off when needed if asked in advanced.

Cons

It was super important to build professional boundaries. Clients and their families become attached quickly and that can create conflict (gift giving, reserving you as at BT)
