Pros

As a director you have flexibility in creating your schedule. There were constant trainings or refreshers to ensure staff was as consistent as possible with policies, report expectations, and CEUs.

Cons

Due to work expectations average work week was 45-50 hours a week. Constant pressure for regions to meet or maintain “x” amount of clients became a major focus in 2021.
