Pros

Great company for individuals that would like to progress in the ABA field, lots of advancement opportunities. The Schedulers work really hard to get therapists their requested hours and will also offer fill-ins to further supplement hours.

Cons

Sometimes better communication would prevent misunderstandings.

Pros

Nice clinical staff, pick own hours, lower billable limit than most companies, good amount of non billable hours.

Cons

Worked by butt off for this company that laid me off without any notice, one day I was there, the next day unemployed....but yet they were able to purchase ipads at the same time for the ENTIRE staff. Something not right here....Took 3 months and a major move to find a new position but I can say I am 100% satisfied at my current company, they are supportive and listen to your needs. I guess being laid off was a good thing at the end.

Pros

Great families, supervisors are great to work with

Cons

No work life balance, families cancel, there’s very little room for growth, new corporate people brought in and changed the values of the company
