Pros

-finally has 401k after 3 years - they are polite and nice

Cons

Poor internal communication. You have to send chat messages and do not receive timely responses if you even receive a response. Pay is not transparent. You are paid for billable hours with clients. Non billable hours at minimum wage. Salary ends up being much lower than what you expect. Terrible training. Company needs to evaluated by BACB for practices and client safety. - zero work life balance you are basically open to work all day on their schedule, can’t schedule any other appointments -schedule is always inconvenient due to callouts and cancellations

Great place for RBT's and BCBA's

Pros

They pay a higher starting wage than most agencies, They are a smaller agency and I am able to speak to everyone at the company. They provide all the training and requirements to become an RBT. They like to promote within and fund your education towards a BCBA cert.

Cons

The hours are great because they're flexible, but as any other ABA agency, cancellations happen that are basically out of everyone's control. They do a good job with rescheduling and substitutions so you don't miss out on hours. Some clients were pretty tough, but you would get support when asked for it. Learning to manage burnout helps A LOT.
