When you have two cases, the pay is good. Most supervisors have great communication skills

Cons

some supervisors are not for the child but only for a paycheck

The job it’s self is fulfilling and it’s a joyful experience when a skill has been mastered and generalized.

Cons

It can be difficult to get more then 20 hours as most cases are done after school hours and finding additional cases that don’t conflict with your current schedule can be a challenge.
