Pros
There are some incredible supervisors (BCBAs) who are incredible teachers. If you tell them you're planning on furthering your career, then they will do everything in their power to help you improve as a technician and give you the proper training to further your career. HR is also super helpful and takes the time to answer any and all questions!
Cons
I started during COVID, so this might not be all the time. Working in the home setting can be fairly isolating. The only points of connections to the main office is your supervisor and the trainer who comes on your first day. Supervisor only observes for 5% of total time with client every week and in person once a month. This is pretty standard to every ABA company I believe, but I was under the impression there would be more staff networking or "bonding" events.
