The BCBA’s are phenomenal and often go above and beyond to offer support and guidance.

Cons

The hours can be inconsistent and it can negatively impact your health insurance as well as your pay check.

- Provides a lot of support when brand new with training and shadowing - gives company laptop and phone - provides great benefits: 401K w 3% company match, health insurance, dental, vision, and continuing education stipend - if you are remote, they cover flights, hotel, and car rental - receptive to feedback; always helped problem-solve any concern - provide A LOT of support through support supervisors and leadership

Cons

- high billable hours - caseload 12-15 clients - working remotely isn't for everyone
