Pros

Travel to domestic office and international locations was the only perk I can see. Work load won't be as high as Big4s or other top MNCs. Possible if role permits, permanent WFH. Gifts in different occasions. Company provides all support required for the job. The support for monitor, wireless headphones, monitor are all provided. No concept of timesheets. Provides good support for Business Trip visa and reimbursements.

Cons

Belden is an old company. Majority of people working in the company are old and are at Director level. There are very less people working in the associate level. Directors can provide too much work load for the unnecessary work which have no impact at all. There are no innovations happening in the company. Offices are at some of the worst locations you can witness. India team is working like a startup and there are no cafeterias in the office. There is a small pantry. There are no transport facilities available. Salary hikes can be among the worst in the industry. You can also note, the revenue keeps falling every year. Entire India team is on a cost cutting model. There are no support for different certifications like Tableau, Microsoft etc. People unnecessary want to attend MS Teams call and discuss but no ACTION. It is only good for 2-3 years and not long term objective. Growth can be slow as well.
