      A regular paycheck and not much else

      Cons

      Paying for a company car. You can only get a promotion if the manager takes the time to get to know you and likes you. Your background and experience have little to do with it. Longevity in the company has nothing to do with promotions like other businesses. I have seen many marriages wrecked due to the long hours this position requires. HR says they care about a work/life balance in front of everyone, but when it comes time for them to make a decision to do just that, they look the other way.

      Managment gets to talk to you how ever they want. HR is a joke. I have seen so many people quit/get fired in the short time i was there.
