      Pros

      The growth within the company is better now than it has ever been before. Ability to bring your ideas to life with the empowerment of the CEOs is monumental! Exec team is leading the company in the right direction! Great new Benefits and PTO, ability to WFH a few days a week. Outside training offered. Enjoy collogues & leadership.

      Cons

      Non-customized ERP system. Too many systems used.

      You will receive a paycheck and there are benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with the value brought to the organization. Benefits are not great. You will be the face of the organization, but will not have the support of the organization. Expect to be sent wherever there is a problem and whenever needed. No work-life balance and no off hours, customers will be calling you all the time. Company car YOU have to pay for. No possibility for upward growth. Product reliability and quality trending downward fast
