      Pros

      A regular paycheck and not much else

      Cons

      Paying for a company car. You can only get a promotion if the manager takes the time to get to know you and likes you. Your background and experience have little to do with it. Longevity in the company has nothing to do with promotions like other businesses. I have seen many marriages wrecked due to the long hours this position requires. HR says they care about a work/life balance in front of everyone, but when it comes time for them to make a decision to do just that, they look the other way.

      Pros

      Smaller sized company allows for better benefits - workplace flexibility (WFH), access to mgmt. You get a chance to 'wear many hats' which broadens job knowledge. Teammates are key - some of the best people I've worked with!

      Cons

      Global! Headquarters are in Europe and they find it difficult in understanding basic differences in the US. Not just culture, but the various basic rules, laws, standards we need to follow here.

      Good for people who want to live at their job

      Good pay, company car, company phone, will train you if you do not know the health industry

      Cons

      Work life balance is not great Overworked Lack of standardized progression for promotion Lack of information on release of new equipment
